Kaffir Lime Gin

A special gin. The base is a beautiful, classic dry gin with cinnamon and fennel, but then there is the extra taste of kaffir lime leaf. The green leaves of the tree that bears kaffir limes. The leaves have a unique, fresh and aromatic taste.

They are often used in Thai and Indonesian cuisine, where they are also called djeroek poeroet.
