De acquisitie van Archers Peach Schnapps is een feit. Koninklijke De Kuyper is verheugd om verder te bouwen aan dit iconische en populaire Britse merk. Archers is een perfecte aanvulling tot het premium cocktail likeur portfolio, waardoor De Kuyper nu marktleider is in de perzik likeur categorie. De aankoop versterkt de positie van het bedrijf, met name in Groot Brittanni\u00eb, de tweede grootste cocktail markt in de wereld, in lijn met de visie \u201cOwn the Cocktail\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe willen wereldwijd marktleider zijn in de perzik-categorie. Met Peachtree zijn we al marktleider in een aantal belangrijke cocktailmarkten, maar in het Verenigd Koninkrijk wordt de perzik-categorie historisch gezien geleid door Archers. We hadden de keuze om te blijven concurreren met Archers of om Archers over te nemen en het merk toe te voegen aan ons premium likeurportfolio. We besloten het laatste te doen\u201d, legt Mark de Witte, CEO van De Kuyper, uit. &#8220;Archers is een likeur van hoge kwaliteit met een lange historie, diep geworteld in de Britse cultuur. Dit sterke merk presteert zeer stabiel en is sinds de introductie in 1986 relevant gebleven voor consumenten in het Verenigd Koninkrijk.
