| 60 ml | Espresso coffee use 15g ground espresso coffee |
| 160 ml | Milk whole (full fat) |

Method
1. Warm a latte glass or mug by filling it with freshly boiled water and leaving it to stand whilst you prepare the coffee and milk.
2. Heat the milk to approximately 60-70C either in a milk pan or using the steaming wand of a coffee machine.
3. Brew the espresso coffee.
4. Tip the water out of the glass/ mug.
5. Pour the Warninks Advocaat and the coffee into the glass/ mug and stir well.
6. Top with the steamed milk.
7. Garnish as desired with a selection of topping sand serve immediately.
