Next level on tap: De Kuyper Royal Distillers launch 20-litre KeyKegs for Draught Cocktails
Premium bar-quality cocktails on tap in under ten seconds – now scalable in a 20-litre format and compatible with existing beer tap systems, enabling foaming cocktails without additional investment in new equipment
Schiedam, 12 January 2026 – At Horecava 2026 in Amsterdam (12–16 January, 2026), De Kuyper Royal Distillers will introduce its De Kuyper cocktails in KeyKeg now also in a 20-litre format. The new size offers bar, hospitality and event partners a scalable draught solution for premium cocktails – including foaming serves such as Espresso Martini as well as non-foaming serves such as Peachtree Sex on the Beach – poured directly from the tap in under ten seconds.
Speed, consistency and foaming cocktails on existing tap lines
These draught cocktails make it possible to serve perfectly balanced cocktails, with or without foam, directly from existing tap systems, without shaking, measuring or advanced bartender skills. Thanks to the unique, innovative foaming cocktail system it is now possible to serve foaming cocktails through a standard draught line, with a stable foam layer comparable to a freshly shaken drink. The 20-litre KeyKegs are designed for high-volume bars, clubs, hotels, festivals and events, and can be connected either to standard draught lines or compact plug-and-play tabletop units. Designed to connect seamlessly to existing draught lines, the system lets venues enhance their current on-tap range with premium draught cocktails – including foaming serves – without additional hardware or installation complexity.

The new format addresses key industry challenges such as staff shortages, peak-time volume pressure and rising cocktail demand by enabling cocktails to be served in around ten seconds with consistent bar quality.
