De Kuyper renames subsidiary to emphasize expertise in alcoholic emulsions and spirits production

Schiedam, 29 April 2024. De Kuyper Royal Distillers has renamed its 100% subsidiary TEAM
PRODUCTS DCS Solutions (Dutch Cream & Spirits Solutions) with effect from 1 May 2024. The intention is to better reflect the subsidiary’s dedication to providing comprehensive B2B solutions in both alcoholic
emulsion and spirits production while also paying homage to the Dutch heritage that remains a
cornerstone of its identity. DCS Solutions benefits from De Kuyper’s over 325 years of distilling expertise
and has its own state of the art production location in Middelharnis.

The Middelharnis production facility has been BRCAA certified for more than eight years in a row and
specializes in the creation of high-quality cream for liqueurs. Leveraging advanced laboratories and
expertise, alcohol with cream is blended to produce a smooth and luxurious taste. Services include the
development of customized recipes, supply chain management and even bottling and distribution
services, all using fresh, locally sourced dairy produce. Moreover, Middelharnis offers options for kosher
and organic product formulations to cater for diverse consumer preferences.
