We would like to share the recipe with you. Enjoy!
Recipe crèpe suzette for 4 people:
Make 8 crepes as usual.
Put aside zest and juice from 4 oranges. Mix orange juice with 4 spoons of powder sugar until the sugar melts.
Heat the pan, put one spoon of butter and wait until it melts in the pan.
Add the orange juice and zest.
Add the crepes, folded in 4 (4 crèpes in one pan at a time)
Add a generous amount of Mandarine Napoleon (15cl)
If you add enough spirit, the flambee will start itself.
Enjoy it hot!!
