MANDARINE NAPOLÉON CRÈPES SUZETTES FLAMBÉE

Recipe crèpe suzette for 4 people:

  • Make 8 crepes as usual.
  • Put aside zest and juice from 4 oranges. Mix orange juice with 4 spoons of powder sugar until the sugar melts.
  • Heat the pan, put one spoon of butter and wait until it melts in the pan.
  • Add the orange juice and zest.
  • Add the crepes, folded in 4 (4 crèpes in one pan at a time)
  • Add a generous amount of Mandarine Napoleon (15cl)
  • If you add enough spirit, the flambee will start itself. 
  • Enjoy it hot!!
